Whitney Krempin ran at Kansas State and Cal State San Marcos where she earned All-American honors as an athlete and later coached cross country. She has been working for OOFOS since Oct 2019, starting as an ‘OOtech’, which required her to be out in the field promoting recovery by visiting retailers and working events. Karissa Johnson transitioned her personal training business to group fitness classes when she learned firsthand the challenges of fitting in fitness as a new mom. In 2008, Moms on the Run was born and in 2012 she began franchising the business to keep up with the demand for her running-based group fitness program. Today she is mom to three teenagers and serves as CEO to the national organization.
