Jen has succeeded at all levels of athletic competition. She was a 2x NY State 1500m champion is HS, a 5x NCAA Champion, a 5x US National Champion, and a 3x US Olympian. She also set 2 US Masters records after turning 40 (5000m, 12K).

In 2018 they co founded The Mission Athletics Club, an elite training group for aspiring Olympians in track & field. Jen is a running coach, a health coach, a speaker, and designs gemstone jewelry as a hobby.
