Sarah Crouch is a 4x Olympic Trials qualifier with a personal best of 2:32 in the marathon, which she set as the top American finisher and 6th place overall at the 2018 Chicago marathon. She has two young children and sold her first novel, Middletide, to Simon and Schuster, which is set to be published in June.
Shannon is a track runner turned marathoner, plant mom and real mom trying to make her thirties her fastest decade.
