Nell Rojas

Nell has been coaching athletes for more than 10 years with a focus on speed development in youth. She ran at the University of Northern Arizona where she was a 3 x Big Sky All Conference Steeplechase Champion, 5k Champion, and NCAA D1 National qualifier. She competed as a professional triathlete after college, and recently qualified for the Marathon Olympic Trials finishing 7th in the USA Marathon Championships, and winning Grandma’s Marathon in 2:28:06, making her the 5th fastest female in the US today. She is the founder of RISE Athletics, who coaches competitive sprinters, jumpers, and middle distance runners.
